• Computer Science with 7+ years experience 
• 2+ years leading a software development team.
• Experience with Agile programming principles.
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud computing for a SaaS (Software as a Service) product-line.
• Experience reviewing technical, functional/non-functional specifications, source code and test plans to ensure consistency with design specifications and best practices.

• Experience with Java, C++, C#.
• Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer).
• Experience in designing database schema, indexes and optimize/tune MySQL database.
• Experience with basic routing principles.
